Calco staat voor decoratief drama en is Italiaans voor mal.
De elegante en wulpse witte accenten lijken met de hand gesculpteerd, en de gedetailleerde penseelstreken tonen het ambacht van onze “Master mirror makers”. Precisie machines creëren op hun beurt de asymmetrische, organisch gevormde spiegel. De twee sculpturen lijken de spiegel vast op hun plaats te houden en hun zijdelingse positie, schaal en vorm zetten aan tot interactie met deze CALCO WHITE ROUND.
Het contrast tussen de gladde spiegel en de getextureerde oppervlakken brengt een gevoel van rijkdom, diepte en expressiviteit. Het nodigt u uit om de vorm en de texturen van de spiegel aan te raken en te bewonderen.
Calco is verkrijgbaar in 2 afwerkingen en 3 vormen.

Some of our mirrors get a decorative frame manufactured by us in polyurethane. Precision work once more, as the tiniest imperfection in the mould is immediately visible on the frame.

Esther Everaert
Esther is the creative drive behind Deknudt Mirrors. She combines design, strategy and technology and aims for a connection on a deeper level with our customers thanks to well-thought-out, timeless and unseen mirrors.
In her role as head of design at Deknudt mirrors, she coordinates collaborations with our external designers and designs a handful of new mirrors every year.
Esther draws on her passion for craftsmanship, materials and a detailed eye for aesthetics to create mirrors that tell a story and that can be treasured for many years to come. She does this without losing sight of the functionality of her designs, where efficiency in production and assembly are equally important as the aesthetic appeal of a mirror. Seeing ideas come to live and become an integral part of someone’s home is a constant source of motivation in the search of new designs.
