As an organization we want to evolve under expert guidance to an organization where we fully use the opportunities and aspirations of our employees in function of the vision and mission of the company.
After analyzing the processes and the organizational structure, we want to make the necessary adjustments to a more innovative organizational structure.
We wish to keep communication and decision lines as short as possible, and to place as many authorisations as possible at the base.
In a creative way we want to involve our employees more actively in the daily life of the company.
We want to increase the impact of employees on their own task, thereby achieving greater job satisfaction and commitment.
