3. Craftsmanship and knowhow
Making a mirror requires craftsmanship and a carefully developed technical knowhow. A high-quality reflection can only be obtained by meticulously applying a wafer-thin layer of silver on a flawless plate of glass. A decorative mirror needs other abilities too. The frame has to be carefully decorated with gold or silver metal leaf, the correct patinas have to be put on.
Since 1946 we have been specialising in our profession and the gained knowledge was transferred from generation to generation. The Deknudt group has on top of that own production workshops with very thoroughly skilled people

All mirrors of our catalogue are permanently in stock and can be supplied very quickly. As we are the manufacturer, we can go along in a very flexible way with the wishes of the customer. We ensure a swift and perfect service.

5. Respect for Mother Earth
We respect the strict Belgian ecological legislation. During the silvering we always strive for the best ecological score. We supervise the waste water very closely and use low-lead paints to protect the silver layer. From this all, the environment and the immediate surroundings most certainly benefit. Besides this, all the packaging material is entirely made of recyclable materials.

6. European norms
A quality mirror requires an adapted production environment and a team of skilled and motivated people. Deknudt Mirrors consciously chooses for a humane corporate culture.
